This website is maintained by Pravesh Dabas, Advocate, Delhi, India, who is responsible for personal information collected through it.

• Server logs. The hosting provider automatically records technical information such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is used for security and to keep the website working.
• Your acknowledgement. Acknowledging the disclaimer is not stored anywhere. It applies only to the page you have open and the pages you reach from it; the disclaimer is shown again whenever a page is reloaded or opened afresh.
• Forms. The website does not currently collect personal information through any form.

The website sets no cookies. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not sell or share personal information for marketing.

• The hosting provider, which processes server logs as described above.
• Fonts are served from this website itself; no request is made to a font provider when you browse.

Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for its standard period.

The website is served over HTTPS. Please do not send confidential case information or documents through this website.
